History and Culture

With just a few employees and this idea in mind, Late Mr. Shiv Kumar Mittal (B. Arch., F.I.V, and M.I.E) and Mr. Rakesh Kumar Mittal (P.G) started MCU in 1982. Though we are approaching Rs. 3,000 Million in revenue, we remain family-owned and continue to operate with the core values of safety, quality, integrity, and respect for customers and employees that Mr. Rakesh Mittal instilled.
